Shri Abhey Kumar Oswal was a deeply spiritual soul, known for his simplicity, dedication, and unwavering values. A true leader and visionary, he was the Founder of  Aruna Abhey Oswal Trust and the founder  Chairman of Oswal Greentech Ltd. (formerly Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.) and Oswal Agro Mills Ltd.

With bold decision-making, fearless leadership, and the courage to face challenges head-on, Shri Abhey Oswal propelled significant advancements in the industry. His ability to envision future trends and adapt to changing landscapes marked him as a pioneer in Indian industrial development.

Arunaji strongly believes her mentor, friend, philosopher, guide and the inspirational force has been none other than her husband Shri. Abhey Kumar Oswal ji. Arunaji has pledged to fulfil all his dreams to serve the humanity in journey of Lionism and social service.

AAOT Key Initiatives

Mobile Medical Vans

AAOT has launched mobile medical vans to provide free diagnostic and primary healthcare services to rural and underserved populations in India and neighboring countries. These vans offer services like OPD consultations, diagnostics, eye screenings, ECGs, and minor emergency procedures.

Super Specialty Eye Care Centers

The trust has established eye care centers in cities such as Mumbai, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Siliguri, and Godhra, aiming to provide accessible and affordable eye care services to those in need. ​

Special Olympics International Mission Inclusion with Leadership

Special Olympics Partnership

AAOT has started its partnership with Special Olympics Bharat and Special Olympics International across globe and will continue to do this. This collaboration focuses on empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by providing access to inclusive sports, health education, and community engagement.

Our Projects

Paradip Cyclone, Orissa 1999

A massive cyclone affected areas of Paradip, Orissa in the year 1999 and hundreds lost their lives while thousands were rendered homeless without food and shelter including women and children.

AAOT has donated Mobile Medical Vans

In 2015, Aruna Abhey Oswal Trust started its flagship Project of Mobile Medical Vans for delivering primary health services for rural population in India.

Mata Mohandai Oswal Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana

Started by Shri Abhey Oswal for the betterment of the underprivileged children. uThis section of the school embraces the play-way method to nurture young minds and to foster holistic development in young learners. Children are encouraged to explore their surroundings, sparking curiosity and love for learning.

Mega Project for widows of the World

Aruna Abhey Oswal Trust in association with The Loomba Foundation has joined hands in Mega project for Widows of the World whereby 5000 women have been provided with Sewing Machines in Varanasi & inmates of prisons in Gurgaon & Faridabad. These women are earning their livelihoods through tailoring with help of these sewing machines.

Project of Child in Power

As the Chairperson of Indian Council for Human Relations, Mrs Aruna Abey Oswal through the Trust has taken the Project of CHILD IN POWER under its stride where by following outreach projects have been implemented;

Bimal Vidya Vocational Training Centre for Women

Set up in 2015, The vocational training centre imparts skill development like sewing, tailoring, beautician, fashion Designing & Computer basic knowledge for women. The Trust assists them in financial empowerment through employment generation. So far more than 250 women have benefitted from the training programme.
